Snorkelling was great to see but a tad rushed and crowded with other boats. The Island itself was great. Opted to explore ourselves not with a golf buggy and had lunch on the beach. Beach club afterwards was absolutely stunning but cleanliness needs work. We didn’t eat the food because we had lunch on the island. There was no offer of snacks on the boat and we were all famished by that point. I would view their “lunch” more as your dinner…”

“The experience at the Catamar was outstanding and wonderful but the experience once we got to the buffet was horrible , one of the we waiters was so rude to an American guest because he didn’t have any cash to tip . I had to intervene. I give the American guest 3 dollars I felt so bad and the waiter screamed at me telling me that that wasn’t my business.he was also very rude to us so we left. We went to at least 3 places there and the service was horrible . Never coming back to isla mujeres. The catamaran service and atmosphere was amazing.”

Got on the boat and sailed away just to find out there was no snorkeling happening that day. We should have been told this prior to sailing away. So it was about 300 US dollars to not snorkel at all. I would not recommend this trip. The boat staff was very nice but we were never told we wouldn’t be snorkeling.”
