It is advertised as a 2 hour skyline tour and we didn’t even start boarding until about 8:20pm so we did not disembark on time and we were back at the dock by 9:20pm…that is hardly a 2 hour cruise. They also try to get you to go to vacation package seminars, which is not conducive to a relaxing cruise around the bay. When I asked for only half my money back because I obviously only received half of my cruise, they refused to. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere, there are much nicer and cheaper options than this scam.”

They have a policy for when customers are late and don’t show , but where is the policy for when they fall behind?”

If you had any questions, and you weren’t someone he was “interested” in, he would not answer your questions. Not sure how he lasted so long as a “guide”. Overall it was good experience.”
