The ocean conditions made it almost impossible to snorkel for most of the passengers and the crew made very little effort to assist. There was only a quick run-through of the equipment and any questions asked of the crew were met with responses that made it seem as if the customers were inconveniencing them. I've been on snorkel trips before and this was very sub-par in comparison.”

It was all extremely chaotic, disorganized and unprofessional. We were also told to be there for 11:30, but our guide didn’t show up to find us until after 12pm”
