“The booking was easy, confirmation etc. We didn't get to go on the trip due to the storm. We received a message on the Friday to either reschedule to the Sunday or get a refund. We rescheduled...no more messages so we turned up on the Sunday morning and was told by quite a grumpy boat owner the trip was cancelled dye to the weather. I contacted the number on WhatsApp that had sent the message to reschedule and my refund came through 2 days later...We only went fir 2 days and the sole purpose was to paddle board with my grandson. The company couldn't help the storm but the message…”
