Beach club afterwards was absolutely stunning but cleanliness needs work. We didn’t eat the food because we had lunch on the island. There was no offer of snacks on the boat and we were all famished by that point. I would view their “lunch” more as your dinner…”

I had to intervene. I give the American guest 3 dollars I felt so bad and the waiter screamed at me telling me that that wasn’t my business.he was also very rude to us so we left. We went to at least 3 places there and the service was horrible . Never coming back to isla mujeres. The catamaran service and atmosphere was amazing.”

I would not recommend this trip. The boat staff was very nice but we were never told we wouldn’t be snorkeling.”
